Refund and Returns Policy

At FashionFry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Return Requirements:

• Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
• Products must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.
• Products must include all accessories and manuals that came with the original purchase.

Return Process:

• Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization number (RMA).
• Pack the product securely and include the RMA number.
• Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping service.
• Once we receive the product and confirm its condition, we will issue a refund or exchange within 7 days.

Return Exceptions:

• Products that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective, or the wrong item was shipped.
